When you go back to The Club page in the Watch Menu's Store tab, you don't see a box to retrieve?

Every time I spin the wheel… it doesn’t give me the winnings… today is the second time I have spun a $50,000 and got nothing. So now it’s more than $100,000 that this game has not paid me. What the $&@#
