Re-pasted my response from general: Your purchases will be protected if you factory reset. I've factory reset probably 5-6 times, usually fixes what's acting up. You lose local settings and any pictures, videos, but beyond that usually does the trick. But yes, meta support is the best place to go to (live chat if a available) since this is a headset issue, not a psvr issue. Usually meta support will give you a number of steps then tell you to factory reset if none of those work.
I am curious, did you try @summer bridge suggestion yet? And if so, did it work?
I just uninstalled psvr and reinstalled and that worked for me
