Hey there @stuck walrus! Please try the following:
Go to Meta Settings, Storage, find PokerStars VR, Delete App Data, then try launching PokerStars VR again (don't worry, this will not delete your account data. You will need to agree to the TOS/Permissions again though. Your Bankroll and Items will all be safe) 😄🙏

I would recommend restarting your headset, I’m not sure I’ve heard of that happening

Make sure your internet connection is stable and try uninstalling and reinstalling PokerStars VR

Are you able to open any other apps?

I would recommend restarting your internet router. If you’re still having problems, reaching out to Meta Support would likely be the best next step. 🙏
