Hey there @random jasper! There is no way to transfer chips from your account to another account. Doing so would be against PokerStars VR TOS and would result in a ban for all parties involved.
Here are all the ways to get chips in PokerStars VR
1. Spin the wheel every 8 hours
2. Earn chips by winning while playing games
3. Play the freeroll slots tournaments (once daily, currently on hiatus) or the freeroll MTT's
4. If allowed in your region, you can purchase chips from the Store
5. You can receive chips as a gift from someone who purchased them in the Store (begging is not allowed)
6. Finish in the top 4 of the weekly leaderboards #🥇︱weekly-leaderboard-contest-info
7. Join The Club! - Monthly Subscription for $9.99 that includes exclusive props as well as $100k in chips, with an extra $5k in chips for each consecutive month subscribed.
