Please don't make statements like this. You are not on the PSVR support team and have no knowledge of what they will or will not do in this situation.

I have gotten refunds many times for glitches caused by something on their end. If you are being denied it is likely due to the issue being caused by something not on their end.
That still doesn't change the fact that your experience with your issue has no bearing at all on this person's issue, and telling someone that they won't get support is being counterproductive to the entire purpose of them having a support system in place.
Thank you for filing a ticket for whomever that was! JAC is simply a helpful player and member of the community. If you want to wait to hear from staff feel free to, but if anyone was speaking for the site in this thread, it wasn't him.
