All cards, dice and balls rolled in PokerStars VR are absolutely random with no bias of any sort. Making complaints will not impact the results of your bets or games in any way. Please do not make false allegations such as that.
Additionally, underage players are constantly being removed from the game. Such removals are not limited to 30 days as you claim. Unfortunately, the availability of cheap headsets means there is a consistent influx of new ones. Please report any underage players encountered so action can be taken.
Encountering players violating terms of service (such as underage) did not give anyone the right to violate TOS (such as with violent or phrohibited language).

It isn't clear where you are getting that from. The only statement I made regarding bans was in regards to underage players, which does not appear to apply to you.
