Annoying Purchasable Pack Pop Up In The Towns

I find the pop ups really annoying because it gets in the way, and I am a Free to Play player because buying game packs aren't really in my budget, so I am never really going to buy them. A good solution to this problem would be adding a setting in the options to toggle them or just add an X button to close the pop up
