There are enough card set to manage it and most of the cards are passive anyways

passive card are not an upgrade, since they cannot be doubled this would actually be a nerf to us

unless you double the passive cards but that would maybe be a bit too broken

passive card are disabled from being doubled and have been ssince w4 day 1, this is why its a nerf
