This pack is not new, it is a rotating one and also there is the 4200 gems which is the main reason you would buy the pack plus a bit more from the enveloppes

The info on what the gem envelopes can drop is on the Wiki. It's not like the info isn't out there

But I do agree that the description and what you actually get is a bit scummy
Edit: It would be way better if it said the lowest value and the max value per envelope

Best advice I can give you is check the Wiki or ask in Discord if it comes to spending money
