Make events seasonally repeating

Simple, have summer event play every summer, halloween event every halloween, xmas every xmas etc
Not make seasonal events one time only in games history as none of new players have change to play these events if they have missed first run ...yes recent event have brought changes to get event cards ...little but sitll some; but what ofmore uniques stuff, or quest of event? yeah those are at current stage permanently missable if events are not repeated
