It's very inconvenient that the discounts are used up automatically for the first stamps that you upgrade. I cannot distribute upgrading the stamps if I got a discount and still don't have enough materials to upgrade the stamp I want to use a discount on. This counts for both the atom collider one and the rift one. It'd be hella more convenient if it was possible to not use the discounts up and save them for what's important.
