Here are some idea I have thought about for new skill types
Housing: With a new currency (imagine), You can rent multiple types of houses (for very cheap) or buy (later on) which lets u decorate it, add stuff (idk lmao they give boosts or somthing) and then later on there is a landlord that comes that demands currency and you can either pay the rent, or you can try and secretly commit something. Paying your rent (each week or each long periods you've been gone) increases the chances that your ''commiting something'' works.* If it works you dont get to pay and instead use those currency for ur housing, working and sleeping skill, (later on..) and if he catches you commiting something his ignorant self just brushes it off and you gotta pay.
1.* also if u manage to commit a new harder landlord comes, also ignorant (they dumb)
2.* If you can't pay ur rent, the landlord steals ur ''lowest decoration''
3.* the decorations could give misc boosts (idk lmao)
Working: this is where you get all of those currencys. You get can get jobs in which builds you more experience. You can get better jobs based on your skill levels on that same character. (all of them get seperate jobs)
ex:
Summoning job : need worship and alchemy level 70 (just an example)
You get more currency based on the amounts needed for that job and for how long it take you to do it. (this is where sleeping comes into play)
