In my ideal world, we'd levvy a 10% (or so based on what it takes) tax and socially redistribute that to make a UBI. then i'd disolve the social welfare nets since UBI provides that with less oversigth cutting costs and i'd abolish the minimum wage since everyone can have a simply life without work. This would assure that workers want to be there and allow for fair market determination of wages
