It’s a good game, just if you played the original first you knew what was up. The original is great, mix of horror and suspense with FPS and rpg stuff and 50s vibe, the pacing and story are well done. 1 and 2 are similar, infinite is very different. Oh speaking of testing shit, I joined a testing group for another new idle game a few days ago and started playing the game. Very early stuff but the art was immaculate. Like, they put a lot of work in to the art. But the gameplay was so buggy. Unresponsive buttons, numbers changing spontaneously, values reverting for no reason, etc. I mentioned this in the discussion for such issues and everyone was like "yeah thats the state right now, just gotta play around it and keep documenting issues" but then I noticed... the dev had already implemented a microtransaction store AND IT WORKED FINE. Dropped that bullshit like a hot potato.
