Strength training is awesome anyway it’s good for your heart and general health. You can run faster and jump higher easier, everyone should do it. It’s super addictive too in a good way, it gets easier and easier the more you do. Mainly push ups and chin ups are good, don’t have to be too bulky.

Its not a great idea to poison rats, not because of how cruel it is (although thats a good reason on its own) but because of the fact that it takes a while to kill them, and as they're slowing down they are more likely to get eaten by something, and then that thing that ate them is now poisoned, too
