- If you fail that one you do another RNG check with RDL still capped, but the cap is a lot higher it seems, succeed and you get a ticket

If you fail the first two RNG checks you get a whole other set of shit
- This is the same as other RNG check for a gem drop, same cap on RDL
- Also same RNG check for a ticket with same cap on RDL
