I don't think you understand that this is a better alternative over old strict time = stam system because they give you a stam pot daily to make up for how slow it regens
I play 4 gachas and this is the only one where I never feel pressed about losing anything to cap overflow because it takes 2 days to happen from 0 and that's indirectly due to this pot system

use them, and if you're not gonna use them to farm righ tnow and have gotten the bp item (dont know what tier it's in) you can instead eat all your pots, and then turn them into an item that gives 120 sanity back and doesn't expire
