after some testing
for me memory leak (was x3 of usual usage) was fixed by switching off D11 and turning off all nvidia functions
also apperantly it caused the moment you open any menue element
as long as you just run around and kill/do stuff its fine

I think that rn the characters are suffering from HSR syndrome, where whenever a new path gets dropped the first 1-2 chars of that path tend to be really straightforward stat sticks while the devs find their footing

I think once the devs figure out what they want to actually do with the combat things will get cooler
