having 2 50% def debuffs means the boss is at 25% of their original defense

it doesn't cut an amount from their original defense, or else Yoohee would be the most busted support ever, and phys would actually be good

Yoohee's overflow buff is calculated via sum of def pen and def break (I think), but effective defense is multiplicative
