the only other super extra thing to consider would be if the leftover sp between 111 sp and buying fall runner lets you replace 1 skill with another that actually increases chance to win
(111-81) = 30 and straight adept most expensive at 126 so it would have to be a skill you replace adept with at (126+30) = 149 sp that is better (which there isn't)

but I don't know off the top of my head
58% of races are sunny, only 12% are in fall, I was thinking more about seasonal speed boost over weather green only gives guts but again you care more about reliable proc over actual performance
