wtf are you doing here. go away. dont do more gachas omfg. but sure phrolo is great. best splashable dps in anything. still the queen of whiwa, has tons of innate dmg% and atk% bonuses so she doesnt care for supports as much either. if u pair her with a heavy dmg% dps then her outro gets extra value. if you pair her with someone who casts echo skills then she does more hecate special attacks so more value too (this is basically why qiuyuan is her bis partner). otherwise whatever works. she is very very sig reliant tho so prepare to get that too if ur interested.
