shes a universal hybrid

and as with all universal things she cant stay on top for too long as stuff comes out for specific things

but for now im inclined to agree especially if the bar break thing becomes more important and her giving 40 break is gonna be an important edge, plus if we look at her in the same niche vein as other hybrids, she buffs lib dmg on top of having reasonable universal appeal so that indeed would put her above the likes of iuno/qy/cia whose buffs are mostly limited to one specific thing especially because her sig is not at all important thanks to mist existing

moreover the lynae mornye core could prove to be a very useful universal wheelchair tho it's worth noting that lynae doesnt really have swapcancel windows so she pretty much hits her ceiling right away

and if we put "meta" talk aside since the game doesnt really require it cause endgame is still made of paper shes is an amazing flex pick for practically any team, shes basically what sanhua used to be during 1.x. fast rotation, fast concerto and can carry buffer sets without losing out on much. but in addition lynae brings a ton of universal buffs which is really nice

especially sustainless teams

let's see how mornye changes this

looking at the tierlist lol, jiyan having that 'expert' tag, i think it's unnecessary atp

if they are referring to the very simple h1 cancel spam it's really really simple to do and it already puts him above jinshi/peeb/cammy with a iuno/mort + cia core. if the expert tag is for jiyan+cia duo where you do cia plunges between jiyan h1's then yeah i get it but he still wont reach augusta/phrolo level even with that so he would just be t0.5 still. so i'd say the expert tag itself is just not needed and move him to t0.5

on the flipside idk why QY dps is not even a consideration when his mono aero team is even a bit stronger than the jiyan variant

and is easier to play cause the only cancel stuff you gonna do is iuno cia chargeup phase

after that it's a very linear team

as for her powerlevel, yeah shes really strong but shes only bis for like .... iuno/xy/chisa/cal dps

shes the best generalist buffer we have right now

but if you already have your specialized full teams she will not really do much for your account as of now unless you are interested in making the mentioned lib dmg dpses better

BUT if you are planning on using some of the new weapons that are tied to tune strain shes the only one who can inflict that so keep that in mind

she really is the durin of wuwa

probably 2nd best choice for a lot of teams but rarely the 1st
