Anyway, Sekiro poise is like....while yes enemies have the usual health bar, poise bar can be considered like toughness/stun bar. However the gameplay in Sekiro is oriented around it because draining it allows you to a window to use a heavily damaging attack on the stunned enemy which very often outright kills them or drains a health bar if its a boss with more than one. So gameplay can get very technical
since poise is reduced via like counter attacks, parry, et cetera
