You can skip alot of steps in a rotation as you dodge or parry, it's not E then Q anymore.

on the roccia slot

and i can finally boot sk from it

I think Phrolova would be the recipient of QY buff but not quite sure for third member since normally the Phrolova buffer is Cantarella

qy outro wont help phrolo cause it's ONLY echo dmg

and most of phrolo's echo dmg is after we swap off her

so it will fall off

while she does skill dmg cause forte counts as skill

so cunty buffing havoc+skill is exactly what she needs

on top of that phrolo gives heavy amp which qy can use

ye it's not gonna be perfect cause qy outro is kinda wasted on cunty but that's whatever, the point is that qy gives teamwide cdmg with ult and teamwide echo dmg with forte and sig

that will apply to ALL so it will affect phrolo in maestro mode

meanwhile qy forte also counts as echo skill so it will proc hecate special

hes literally roccia but with teamwide buffs

in this context

he also helps circumvent the anti-mono team stuff they put into tower now
