I need to try playing her a bit more to confirm this. In ToA no, cause we start with ult. For Whiwa, i play her team on the first half, the first rota is ass, but the following rota didnt feel bad.
I have a lot of dps/sub dps on 120%+/-, most of them worked out in my rotations. The only one that didnt was Zhezhi for me, I had to increase her ER because she was always behind.
