long answer:
- peeb is easier to build - free crit from her set
- shes not a critfishing nuker so her dmg is much better spread out which on paper would make it less painful if you miss a crit (you generally wont cause of how much easier it is to hit 100% crit)
- her bis is just smc while jinhsi wants a premium coord attacker
- overworld mobility
- very little setup reliance (apply frazzle with either her form swap or smc forte)
tho at the end of the day if they are both minmax built it probably doesn't matter cause they both tear thru content fast enough (toa is paper and they are both kinda bad for wiwa)
