it's just a LOT harder to execute properly than yinlin

but the payoff is very much there

and this is just numbers, i didnt even mention their midair synergy

or changli making up for xy's lower aoe with huge aoe bursts

half of the power of yinlin for xy is in her outro

which makes their qs synergy pretty bad

yinlin also sucks midair cause her plunge takes 2-3 business days to get her back to the ground

and shes useless in the air

while changli actively wants to be in the air

so chaining xy midair skill into changli midair 3-4 into xy slam ult skill into changli ground 4-5

is way way smoother

they truly are the quickswap king and queen

i might have to spend this on pulls afterall

i was gonna get brant s2 but nah fuck that. i think i'll try for changli

and when lupa comes i can have the full fusion team with them

hes a fusion subdps with pretty good dmg, decent rotation speed, high qs potential and a fusion+skill dmg outro. mostly made for changli (and to work in tandem with lupa changli in the future), but he also works for carlotta with his outro. he also has some healing and a small shield, both of which are pretty negligible

his main drawback is that he is ridiculously hard to build properly (needing 250-280 er while trying to get decent cv) and he wants his sig badly

For Jinzhou, Black Shores and Carlotta, they were essentially freely shared with Rover but for Phoebe, either the Order classified her report on purpose, did not give Rover as much access or actually did not analyze her forte as much as the others did due to whatever kind of Order rule forbidding it
