ER substats range from 6.8-12.4% which translate to 136-248 ATK
ATK% substats range from 6.4-11.6% which translate to 45-82 ATK
Unless I'm missing something, it seems you build him on double crit + ER instead of putting ATK% on second priority compared to other damage dealers since his base attack is so low.

sk's ER scaling makes sense cause her buff scales from it too AND she gets guaranteed crit on her only good damaging ability so you dont even need to build crit on her
brant's ER scaling does not make sense cause he is not a support and making him just get flat attack conversion from ER but needing a LOT of it is just....pointless, and is just gating him. since he has a very very low base atk he doesnt actually get THAT ahead. and without cv it's even worse
they should scrap the ER thing, and just make him a regular subdps a la sanhua etc.
