If you think kakania is a sustain you are thinking about it wrong

She can sustain but her much much more important role is as a support

Huge atk buff and the ability to double any damage source from her ult

While it's not as drastic as actually doubling your damage it's still far and away the biggest burst of damage a "healer" can offer

basically you want to combo kakanai ult with your dps ult

or jsut damage in general

anw you will rarely see kakania at her max capiccity while doing story because the story stages are too ez

in raid you will see most highest damage line up have kakania
