Okay. I got the passive Dust generation stats

Max production is 45 Dust/10mins per Queue.
Totals to 135 Dust/10mins. The maximum bonus from vigor rn is 36%. So that becomes 183.6 Dust/10 mins

Poussiere VI has 12500/ 25 stamina which translates to 12500 Dust/150 mins which is 833.33/10 mins.
