Lv2 & 3 is more underwhelming (+8% atk to casters at mod3, and the bonus works even when she’s just in the squad, like Schwarz for casters basically). Her talents aren’t that good overall, the biggest reason her +SP on deployment talent is viable is because it makes her able to use S3 rather quickly (depending on how lucky you get with the RNG bs they decided to tack onto the talent for some reason)

A little extra attack is less significant for casters since arts damage is reduced by percentage rather than by a flat amount. Though of course it can boost Eben’s numbers even further if you’re into that
