REMEMBER TO CHECK ON THE LAST NOTE BEFORE SPARKING !

🔵 ALLIAH (YUKATA) :

A quick look about the character :

• She's a MC-simp type character :smugNho: .
• Her main kit will 100% rotate around MC which start with her sk1 : usual sutitute for MC with tons of defensive buff, dmg taken cap, switch etc, permanently.
• Her sk2 is a nuke with dispel and 2k heal to all ( super good number ), auto activate when having 50 or more charge bar. ( -50% consumption. )
• Her sk3 can only be activated after MC didn't taking damage for 5 turns = 5 passive stacks ( 100% up at Turn 6 if you click her sk1 at Turn 1 ), gives both her and MC 4 turns Attack+1, 15% dmg cap, sure crits and 1 unique stack which will be consumed on ougi.
• Her ougi can only be activated if she has her sk3 unique stack. That means she only can ouging starting from T6 and once per 12 turns. The ougi effect is quite strong tho : 4.5 turns of superior echo.
• She won't use charge bar for anything but her sk2 so assuming we will always have her nuke active during autos.
• Her passive stacks will give both MC and herself alot of buffs in order : 30/100% ATK/DEF > 30% TA > NA Amp 20% > Debuff Immune > Dispel Cancel.
• She also has another passive which will full heal + cleanse once when below 25% HP and 1 time Guts.

**Conclusion : **

• A super strong unit for FA.
• Especially sync with FO Class. (more like it's the dev's intention from the start).
• Simple to use and straight forward.
• Another thing that's worth to mention : Her weapon is super good to use also. Sync super well with Alliah herself in the team.

**Does she worth the spark ? : ** Yes if you are focused on Water. She's not mandatory to have but will upgrade your water setups and future-proof on newer contents.

🟡 ANTHURIA (SUMMER) :

A quick look about the character :

• Another MC lover, man. :smugNho:
• She has game's latest mechanic : Ougi Flash. (I will have a pin post in #701778414784348204 to explain about how this effect works.)
• Basically this mechanic will let her and MC ougi without spending any charge bar at all.
• Her kit passive is quite complicated so i will do a tldr right below.

Skill 1 :

• Gives both DS for 1 turn.
• Each end of turn where both did Triple Attack, +1 stack of this skill.
• At 3 stacks, the skill cd will be reset, and also gives 30% echo and supp autos ( 50k ) to everyone, both last for 3 turns.

Skill 2 :

• Gives both Ougi Flash for 1 turn.
• Each end of turn where both did ougi, +1 stack of this skill.
• At 3 stacks, the skill cd will be reset, and also heal 10k + 1 time dodge all to everyone.

Skill 3 :

• 100% FC Bar.
• Each end of turn where one did TA and other did ougi, +1 stack of this skill.
• At 3 stacks, the skill cd will be reset, and also -10t of MC's skill cd.

She has another passive which whenever you activate FC, everyone will get Hype +1. Also if total of the stacks of the first passive ( total of stacks of all 3 skills ) is 5 and above, both MC and Anthy will get 1 time 3-hits Flurry along side w Hype.

**Conclusion : **

• This character is definitely the new meta for light.
• Her kits give alot of tools and buffs that you can ultilize in the future.
• Anything that buffs MC continuously will always be good lol.

**Does she worth the spark ? : ** Yes if you are focused on Light, she's another future-proof character !

FINAL NOTE : Be knowing that both of these characters - at the current time - won't change any minmaxed/peak setup of each of their own elements. So don't think that sparking them will change your existing setups. They are great at worst and future-proofing contents at best !

Of course you can get them as a quality waifu pick !

Current Campaign: 12th Anniversary Bonus Bash Celebration

New characters
Alliah (Yukata)

As usual, Cygames cannot resist putting a very good character on the banner the day after everyone's blown their load on all these anniversary banners.

Simply put, Alliah is an MC partner character who offers a frankly astounding number of buffs. She is particularly noteworthy in longer fights like NM250 where you are using MC-heavy teams centered around something like Fighter Origin as her kit is pretty much designed to maximize what DPS classes are already bringing to the table. Four Turns of Triple Strike Fighter Origin, anyone? This isn't even taking into account the total protection for MC and the random extra utilities she offers: a dispel and teamwide heal on auto attack are the icing on a very delightful cake. Top shelf unit, for sure.

Anthuria (Summer)
Anthuria is a character who was seemingly designed around the modern Light HL meta that centers around Falsehood Opus or maybe some weird Mariachi tech. Unfortunately, she seems to have been designed as a Fated Chain engine and a sustain with not a whole lot else going on. That unfortunately just isn't really doing a lot of good at the moment, because what she does bring at the moment isn't a compelling enough case at the moment when Funf is legitimately putting this entire element on her back with all of her frankly outrageous buffs and everyone is offering both damage and various utilities that HL raids are asking for. Kit has potential applications, but as of right now there's no practical use for her.

Rate-Ups
Poseidon and Atlantis
Relatively forgettable in this day and age. Water's modern roster is just so unbelievably strong that finding Poseidon room anywhere is just impossible. Atlantis sees use in HL content (primarily solos), but it's definitely not something to be chasing or blowing your remaining resources over.

SHOULD YOU SPARK?
No, unless you are a very specific player. If you still have something left over after anniversary, color me surprised. That said, this isn't a great banner even if Alliah herself is very strong. Anthuria is a bit of a potential woman character but probably is going to be a dud even if there's some design space for her to slot into if content demands her very specific kit. Poseidon belongs in a retirement home.

For that very specific player I mentioned earlier: Only consider sparking here if you intend to rank very highly this GW (think top 2k or much higher) and are flying solo as opposed to grouping, but if you're aiming for that you shouldn't need us to tell you that this character may matter for you.
