It's a great ca weapon, then you read it has Harp Voltage which means it gains more value with how many Harps are in grid
In HL I have no room for many harps which lessens its value
But in lesser raids where you're freely able to slot 1-2 Harmonia along with Rinne, boom you can run Diastesia

the problem with Lumberjack is that you can only start building your class gimmicks once you promoted. This is also the reason why Manadiver feels weak. I feel both Neko and Berserker suffer from a similar issue where they need to ramp up before they hit their big stuff.
Chaos Ruler from what i see is considered the most consistent and reliable because you can build Levi Daggers, Colo Fists and get Wamdus/Fediel/Wilnas plushies too for more debuff stacking
Shieldsworn can work but shields suffer from taking up a lot of space while Chrys is also good not only because you can stack swords right from the very start but also because they have insane burst damage
As for Elysian and Rising Force, I kind of consider them middle of the road to decently good
