the payoff is the quite strong s3, but its QUITE clicky for a burst setup as a result

but this also means you need to fulfill quite strict team setups to work with her

For example as mentioned
Cidala, despite having a 1t assassin that would be quite good with Raziel and Sumo, is p much unusable with her
because they have 2 red linked skills and 1 yellow skill (that you cant press again without delaying your burst by 1t), so you cant get both stacks to 10 in the skill rotation (which also involves qilin)
