well the reason the pact weapons are so good is bc its basically free flat 50k general supplemental
generally all the farmable options are specific to Skill/Ougi, or conditional

and also cap at lower supp amounts for the conditional general supplemental

for example:
Harsiesis, the Light Ennead Bow that we talked about earlier has Persistence, which is general supplemental based on how high HP is

it caps at 30k per copy (assuming you are at full health!)

meaning that youd need 2, and stay at more or less full health the entire time, for it to be slightly better than 1 copy of Harmonia

Whereas Onmyoji was close to 6 mil in less time
