When you trigger it via the boss using a Special Attack, it consumes it before the a second version of the Buff is applied from the Ougi

So even though the actual trigger of the s1 occurs after the Ougi, internally, the Buff in that scenario is apparantly consumed before the Ougi applies the Buff to Kou

So you end up still having the buff the following turn
