does anyone know how ppl make the spectrum music video(like camellia or dj raisei)?
I have been finding a way to do that, ppl either said use ae or go like "just get fl and use zgameeditor"

I'm not entirely sure since I've always used ZGameEditor myself, but I used to try a lot of free online audio visualizer creators, and while many of them worked decently well they usually had a paywall, watermark, or some sort of drawback. That being said, I'm sure there are good online resources if you do some research and just make sure to test exporting things before committing to making something.
This is a bit of a stretch, but you can also try using Blender (they have some free audio visualizer plugins available) which gives you a lot of creative expression but is tricky to learn. I'm also happy to make you something with ZGameEditor if you want :)
