You should check old packs by monster sounds like
New York Rap Acapellas vol. 1-3
Real City Acapellas vol. 3
They are good, but kinda overused cuz skrillex used those, also camellia, lapix and many others

You can always extract your own samples from songs online and just clean them up a bit

Make sure you credit where they come from unless you are just extracting one shot samples from them
