I work in the hospitality industry as a chef so it kinda falls into my field food safety authority is for the establishments like restaurant and factory facilities they come in one a a year to do their inspection so everyone is up to date with all regular food safety requirements also they can recall products on our supermarket selves if they find contaminated items like metal shards in a cereal packaging

Department of agriculture and marine is more less the same but it looks after the laws and regulations of the animals for it to go to get turned into food and exports that come in meets our food safe requirements they also make sure any animals like cows aren't being killed for consumption if they are sick or diseased or have certain medicines in them
