I was thinking that maybe it could be a good idea to add an “ Aura “ of the color of the ore you can mine. It make it appear if the ore is there and mined so if your unfamiliar with the area or forgot where certain ores are you can visibly see that there is suppose to be an ore in this rock.
Example : Copper ore rocks would be “ copper “ colored with a very faint bright aura around the ore. Helio ore rocks can be green with the aura and etc…
I think its a great idea so new players, current players and returning players can explore and mine areas without losing track of ore locations if they run past a mined one. Thanks!
