Ingredient Exchange NPC (Sanctum)

Every vocation has its own solo respawn island with different ingredients. Cooking meals often requires ingredients from other vocation islands.
Add possibility to an NPC for ingredient exchange, the NPC would exchange ingredients at rate 1:1 .
This would make it easier to obtain cooking ingredients, it's already hard enough to catch fish.

Another option could be getting random ingredients (RNG) in solo spawn.
In the current system, some professions may feel unfair or less rewarding compared to others.
With random ingredients, every voc could have a chance to cook meals without wasting additional time.

Consuming the meal will increase strength,
dexterity and intelligence by 24 for 60 minutes.

That meal looks like something every vocation could benefit from, so why are the ingredients only gatherable in knight spawn?
