With the new expanded vision of the client, I suggest do icrease +1 range on fishing rod because we can't get the max view fish as shown on the Image attached

Couldn't it be exception? If runes could have more range, then fishing which already is killed by baits couldn't have full range?

Use range of fishing rods is exactly the same as use range of other items, including runes. Fishing rods won't be an exception - they will use the same range.
