The music is played only if you are in close proximity to the boss. If you go only few sqms away the song goes quiet. It should be equally loud for all participants of the fight, not like only the blocker can enjoy it. Please check all dungeons, some of them seem to be more bugged than others.

Hello, which during which boss fights/dungeons does it happen? It's a map issue where music overlaps and you are in range of 2 music sources. Since only one music source can be played at once, in certain places other music source blocks out the boss music.

I haven't done dungeons lately but one that was 100% not fixed is the boss at magma dungeon. The boss that looks like a blight omen and has the fire basins exploding
