Access to Varazim Tomb through the Blacksmith NPC in Sheol is conflicting with the "mission" keyword due to the faction system.
To unlock access, you need to exhaust all conversations related to the "mission" keyword in Sheol.
If you started a task with the NPC before Varazim's release, you’ll need to complete a massive chain of quests to gain access.

I've talked to different ppl who recently gained access to the Blacksmith and, depending on their actions, they could get access to Varazin at different times. After Typhon task, for example, you get to ask The Blacksmith for Varazin access. However, if you start corruptor task without asking for access, you'll only be able to gain it after that task is finished.
