I think you can only buy it 1x? Per char(with faction completed ofc)...that was my expierence atleast..maybe someone bought 1 on this char in the past?

I have no idea bro, its a bit odd i agree but i bought one fora friend sometime ago ...missplaced mine after this and couldnt buy another on the same character when i tryed again😐 so im assuming its only 1x per char but would be best if a dev confirmed this. @frank pulsar

If I'm not mistaken, you can buy multiple at the same time, but you can only make the purchase once per character

It should not be possible, limit should be 1 at once. But you can do this purchase only once per character.
