well
Disadvantage habits and neutral. I feel like I have trouble getting off ledge and that I become predictable with my ledge options. I also struggle in neutral against patient players. I'd like it if someone told me what habits I should improve on in neutral the most.
I'm gonna dumb on this topic since its the main thing i see you wanted to know about.
Disadvantage as palu is kinda tricky, espcially ledge since if the opponent knows your timings and options you are a in a slight pickle
you wanna try to avoid using warp as much as you can, if you are going to, mix it up between going to center, regrabbing ledge (barely use this its not usually good), warp cancels, and just jumping off ledge warping staright down. the best thing i can say really is to be slower in ledge spots, mainly you wanna mix up the options you do and the timings, espcially the timings. timing mix ups are harder to catch if you get good at it, so try to focus on things like that. also try to not just DA out of corner, its a lazy option that has some very niche use cases if they are mashing or something.
patient players in neutral are a bit hard for palu to catch if you arent using overshooting. its a great thing to be using once in a while. you wanna start by understanding how they react to how you approach and then implement the counter play to it. what do they do out of X, what do they do if you approach with Y. another good option is slingshot approaching nair then drifting away, its very safe and its a nice mix to throw in once and a while. other than those, its mainly just learning to play agro around slow play with things like overshooting, undershooting, baits, etc
there is a good poppt1 video on the concept but it uses Nairo as an example so idk
its what i used
