Ok for the engagements you have to learn how to use nair, fair, firaga, and down tilt better.
Nair is your main neutral tool. You mainly see that pros use it to zone ppl out with short hops. However the zone you control isn’t big so you do have to think abt how fast they can get to you during your down time.
Fair is somewhat the same as nair, except you shouldn’t hit fair 3
Down tilt is a good poking option to start a combo with several options as well as it being safe when spaced
Finally firaga just controls the ground and demands a response in some way
With movement, I recommend look at pros and how they move

Btw you can use more than just firaga but I don’t have enough knowledge to actually understand the uses of the other ones
