Guidelines
The goal of this server is to form a community. The mods present in this pack heavily overhaul the classic experience of playing Minecraft, and present a variety of novel complexities and challenges. As such, players are expected to work together to learn, and overcomes these new challenges. Practically, this will mean sticking together in the same general area. Please ensure that your skin is in-theme, and not immersion breaking. Players should use a skin that matches the nature and background of the character they will be playing. Please try to engage in voice chat as much as possible! All in-character RP should be done using the proximity Voice Chat mod (see the keybind menu for configuration). Any out-of-character communication should be handled here in Discord. In-game text chat should be used only to coordinate scenes and let people know what you're up to in a narrative way. Some examples of text chat use might be: "The town bell rings out across the land - a sign of some commotion in the square.", or "Ginghis is resting at the shoreside, fishing."
On the matter of resources, scarcity will be a common issue. Players are encouraged to help others, and be generous when engaging in trading and commerce. Animals, crops seeds, and other similar renewable resources are extremely rare in this mod pack, and should be shared (or at the very minimum, traded) accordingly.
When a player dies, it will be treated as though their character has suffered an injury of some sort and must recover. This may be as minor as a character falling unconscious for a minute due to severe hunger, or as dire as a someone losing a limb in battle with a monster - players should determine what they feel is appropriate based on the situation and act accordingly.
