Generally these bug reports are so that QA can log and test these issues so that they might be fixed in future versions of the game.

For troubleshooting steps on how to fix things like this immediately, it is better to open a ticket in the #help channel.

Hello! Is the issue still occurring for you? and when it stopped were you in a game or was it just not working on launch ?
