This component implement an one_wire platform that works for for opto-isolated Shelly Plus Add-on. Tested with dallas_temp sesnors.

ah that explains why my ntc didnt work after i worked out which pin does what, didnt realise the addon has one wire using 2 gpios

also means i missed a pin in https://devices.esphome.io/devices/shelly-1pm-gen-4 sadly i cant test it anylonger as my only add on is now in place and very hard to get too
